LET THE SUNSHINE IN

Hi, There!

Oh, yes - plenty of sunshine gets the smiles going around here!  Love the feel of the warm sun on my skin - but not quite like this image shows as it is still too cold here even with the sun;)  This is a center step card that I made for two challenges - One is Anything Goes and the other is for a Mixed Media Card.

I am starting to enjoy the mixed media concept more each time I try it.  It is a little out of my comfort zone but it is fun to be challenged;)   Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have some sunshine coming your way too!!  Till next time, Hugs ~ CaroleAnn

Card Recipe:
Image, Sun and sentiment is a Cling Stamp "Sunshine" by Julie Nutting
Colored the image with Copic Markers as follows:

Outfit  B00 B14 B16 B01  Y21 Y23 Y35 YR07 YR09 YR27

Brick background I made with a Tim Holtz stencil using Distress Paint - Fired Brick and some gesso here and there.  More Distress Inks - Black Soot around the card brick background, and Broken China around the image and the sentiment.  Image mounted with 3D foam and the sun too!  DP is Graphic 45 - French Country Collection
